Important Information and Policies

At Galleria Day Spa we will do our best to accommodate your needs and desires. These policies are drawn for your comfort and enjoyment. Thank you for your cooperation and patronage.

Appointments:
We recommend scheduling appointments at least two weeks in advance to guarantee availability, especially for multiple services. However, we encourage you to check with us, as we may be able to accommodate you on short notice. A credit card number is required to hold your appointment. Credit cards or gift certificates will be debited according to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Considerations:
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for individual services and 48 hours in advance for multiple services, groups and spa packages.

Any cancellations with less than above 24-48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service(s). Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment at Galleria, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and can have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.

When you schedule your appointment at Galleria Spa Salon Boutique, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show.


Arrival Time:
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment times in order to take care of necessary check-in procedures and allow for parking accommodations at our Century Square location.

Late Arrivals:
Any guest arriving late to scheduled appointment may be subject to rescheduling the service and if you are so late that your service cannot be performed on your service provider’s current schedule, you will be considered a no-show and subject to above policies.

What Not to Bring: 
We recommend that you leave your valuables (i.e. jewelry) at home. Galleria Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items or valuables.

Returns:
Due to FDA regulations, skincare products purchased at Galleria Day Spa cannot be returned once they leave our premises. No refunds are given for gift certificates. All retail merchandise may be returned for store credit within 14 days of the purchase, items must have tags and no signs of damage or wear. Merchandise that was purchased on sale is final sale & may not be returned.

Expired Gift Certificates:
Expired gift certificates are not honored.

Cell Phones and Pagers:
We ask that you turn off your cell phone and/or pager to maintain our serene ambiance. 

Smoking/E-Cigarettes:
For the health and safety of our clients and staff, smoking is not permitted in or around our facility.

Children:
As a courtesy to other guests and guests who have arranged for childcare, children are not permitted in salons and treatment areas, nor may they be left unattended in the reception or boutique area. We require that an adult accompany all children. A teen must be 13 years or older and have parent or guardian consent, in order to receive treatment.

Spa Amenities:
All guest using spa amenities must be 18 years* of age+. We recommend bringing appropriate swimwear as our outdoor amenities are not private to other spa guests.                                                                                                                                                            
Refusing Services:
Licensed professionals perform your services under strict guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse services requested by our guests that are not conforming to our policies.
